Is it really that case? I would like to share with you my views.Admittedly driving offenders do contribute enormously to the traffic accidents. Many drivers break traffic rules and regulations to compete with time or simply do to their own will regardless of the potential hazards menacing others’ lives.
For instance some drivers are totally drunk before they steer wheels. Another typical example is that some drivers do not comply with the guidance of the traffic lights and pass the red light deliberately.
